Graham A. Carter is founder and President of UCB Pacific Partners

Graham is a New Zealander who has been a missionary to the South Pacific islands since 1986.

He is an ordained pastor in the Calvary Chapel movement, both in the USA and in New Zealand.

Graham is a director of UCB International which plants and assists local Christian radio stations in over 25 countries, and a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Management which is the professional body that sets the standards for management education, training and development in New Zealand. He holds an award from the National Religious Broadcasters (USA) for services to international Christian broadcasting. In 2003 he was awarded the National Medal of Merit for his service to the people of Vanuatu (New Hebrides).

Graham (with his wife Trish) write devotionals and Bible training material in “Easy English” for Christians in developing tribal cultures. This material is used in over 20 countries, including India and the Middle East. He also presents training courses for Church leaders in the Islands and workshops for cross-cultural missionaries from Western countries.
