Graham Carter

Graham Carter is a New Zealander who has been working in the South Pacific islands since 1986. He is Founder and President of UCB Pacific Partners which has established and manages local Christian/community radio stations in several South Pacific nations, and is an ordained pastor. 

Graham is also a director of UCB International which plants and assists local Christian initiatives in the electronic media in 18 countries. 

Graham has advised businesses, churches, and aid organizations on communications and effective relationships with South Pacific Island communities. He has also written and edited training material in ‘Easy English’ for ESL learners in developing, tribal cultures. This material has been used in over 20 countries, including India and the Middle East. As well as writing, Graham presents training courses in the islands, and workshops to prepare western cross-cultural aid workers and missionaries for working in tribal cultures.
